The FAMOPOL has a production capacity installed, either at level of professionals, equipment and manufacturing techniques, adapting so easily to the most demanding needs of its Clients, including the following:

 Design, development and testing of parts model / prototype;

 Manufacturing of moulds (open or closed);

 Production of parts of large and small;

 Painting and post-painting of the parts to Gel Coat, Paint, Anti-Graffiti, Anti-Slip, etc..

We use different kind of production techniques, being these always decided together with our Clients, taking into account the desired quality, technical specifications, quantities, etc., including the following:

 Manual stratification (hand-lay-up);

 Simultaneous projection of the fiber and resin;

 Projection exclusive of the resin;

 Resin injection assisted for vacuum (RTM);

 Vacuum infusion;

 Pressing;

Application of the Gel Coat by the system “AIRLESS”.

FAMOPOL currently has a production installed capacity able of manufacturing parts with different types of resins in combination with various fibbers, adapting so easily to the requirements, specifications, standards, purposes and desired quantities by our Clients, including the following:

Fiberglass

 Carbon Fiber

 Aramid Fiber (Kevlar)

 Composites Fibers

The combination of these composite materials gives us ample possibilities for applications, since they have excellent mechanical and chemical properties, including tensile strength, impact, bending, cutting, aging, chemical agents, atmospherics agents, etc.

The different possibilities of formulations between these materials, give us the ability to manufacture parts with features flame retardants (fire resistant) with low emission of smoke, as thermal and acoustic insulation, etc., in accordance with the standards and the intended applications (indoors of public transports industries in the cold, electrical installations, acoustic problems, etc.)
